We rely on your support.
The Waltham Community Day Center receives some funding from state and local grants as well as some specific foundations, but we receive funding primarily from individual donors and churches in our service area. Because we help people over a fairly wide area, donations come from Boston out to the western suburbs and the metro-west area, including Waltham, Weston, Wellesley, Needham, Newton, and Lexington. Most of our donations come from individuals in all walks of life, including those to whom we have provided services.
The Waltham Community Day Center is a registered charity in the state of Massachusetts, and has tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. We are registered with GuideStar, an online database of non-profit organizations. You can read our profile on GuideStar here. If there are any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
